Following up on her recently released single, ‘Naked Times’, with another digital critique, songwriter, beatboxer, and producer KID BE KID has offered up her newest creation. ‘News Feed’ is a song with a message set to an unsuspectingly uplifting instrumental reminiscent of American musician H.E.R., bringing a similarly soulful voice to a heavily groove-based beat.

Not only has she released a single, but unveiled a colourful animated video. The creation is nice, plain and simple. A masked KID BE KID shape-shifts into her digital form, a robotic character who evolves as the lens moves through space. Soon we see her shift forms again, becoming a fantasy land where floating ice creams drift like clouds, a hint to her yet-to-be-released album Truly A Life Goal But No Ice Cream, which is slated to hit the market on the 9th of June under the Fun In The Church record label.
