Dance-pop singer Agnes has shared her new single ‘Here Come The Night’ which takes a more refined but sensual approach than her usual sound. The single was released via Universal Music and will feature on the songstress upcoming album Magic Still Exists, which is set for release on the 22nd of October. ‘Here Comes The Night’ will hook you from the first synth hook to the concluding beat.
Picturing this track played out in a visual format, there would definitely be bold colours and lots of sparkles- in appearance and attitude. This track is light on the mind with its catchy lyrics, but the execution of harmonious synth embellishments on this song latch onto you like clockwork, calling to mind the work of Lady Gaga and Dua Lipa. It sounds like Agnes is having fun with this track and just being a fierce female embracing her femininity without constraints.
Born in Stockholm, Agnes began singing professionally at the tender age of 16, and currently sits over 400 000 million collective plays across multiple platforms. 2021 has seen an evolution of Agnes style musically and aesthetically, but the fans are still in awe with over 2 million streams on her previous single ‘24 Hours’ on Spotify alone.
